HypGrow LLC provides client acquisition and lead generation services specifically for financial advisors, including but not limited to Google Ads management, funnel creation, CRM integration, and qualified lead delivery.

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
If a qualified lead fails to attend a scheduled appointment, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.
For our Precision Access Plan, if you do not close at least one client from your first 10 leads, we will replace the entire batch at no additional cost.
For our Growth Engine Program, if we do not deliver 98 qualified leads in any 31-day period, we will continue working at no additional cost until the quota is met.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the specific terms of your service plan and our guarantee policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypGrow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and Wyoming law shall govern these Terms.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against HypGrow LLC.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
